 Before eating


Make it a habit to drink


adequate amounts of water at least 


15 minutes before starting a meal so 


that there is no or minimal need for 


water during meals. You should not 


drink water at all after eating.


wash your hands before eating.



If there is even a minor need 


for the bathroom, make it your 


routine to empty before eating.



People who do not eat breakfast 


or go to sleep immediately after 


dinner have a higher risk of heart 


attack than normal people. So we 


should not do that.



Never find fault in food,


leave it if you don't like it.



During the meal



Avoid placing your phone 


on the dining table while eating.



Do not eat very hot food,


wait for it to cool sufficiently first. 


Eating too much hot food can lead 


to a variety of medical problems.



 Overeating causes diseases. 




 After eating, 


leave your utensils in the 


designated place in the kitchen



Make it a habit to wash 


and rinse your hands even after 


eating.



Make it a must


to walk after meals, even if only for 


40 steps.



Don't go to bed


 without taking a long walk, 


especially immediately after 


dinner.
