Healthy way to drin frk water,coffee n tea.


Sit down and drink. (You can drink while standing sometimes, but it should not be a habit.)


Drink in three breaths. Move the glass away from the mouth while inhaling.


Drink water after looking in it.


Do not drink water by holding a bottle or bottle to your mouth in such a way that you cannot see the water going into your mouth.


 Hold glass in your right hand and drink water.


Do not take large sips, always take small sips.


Don't drink very hot water tea n coffee, some people drink very hot coffee n tea its harmful for stomach.

Don't drink very cold water n col drinks, often we feel headatch after drinking very cold water or coldrinks.


Drink green tea Daily,

Green Tea is very healthy drink more than coffee n tea.                             

Daily drink 8 glass of water for good health n good skin.


Make sure to drink filtered water, don't drink tap water, its harmful for your health.


while eating lunch or dinner, try to avoid       coldrinks, if couldn't avoid then don't take a full glass of col drinks,take half glass  or less then half just for taste.
