What items in the refrigerator can cause dangerous infections

Nowadays it is difficult to live without a refrigerator

because we

store many

food items in

it but do you know that some things

kept in the refrigerator can make us

infected, especially pregnant

women and newborn babies. Can be

dangerous for?

We keep the sacrificial meat in the

fridge for several months,

and also keep the daily meals in the

fridge. But do you know which

items in the fridge can cause

dangerous infections?

Health experts Arij Haroon says

that bacteria, viruses and fungi are

present everywhere. Many women

keep leftovers like chopped onions

or beaten eggs in the fridge, which

should not be stored as it can

spread bacteria.

Health experts said

that by getting bacteria on one item

in the refrigerator, it can spread to

other items, which is responsible

for causing infection.

Arij Haroon said that

the biggest problem we have is

loadshedding, the purpose of the

refrigerator is to maintain the

temperature in it, but this is not possible

due to frequent opening of the

refrigerator and long loadshedding, the

refrigerator usually lasts 4 to 6 hours. can

maintain the temperature for up to 12

hours, but if there is no power for 12

hours, the refrigerated items will spoil.

working women who cook and freeze?

The health expert said about them,

freeze food and take out as much as

you want to use, because freezing

reduces the risk of bacteria and

viruses.

Regarding the fungus

on the double loaf of bread kept in

the refrigerator, he said that if the

fungus is found in one place, it

means that it has spread

throughout the bread, but we do not

see it. When we eat them we get

food poisoning, the main cause of

food poisoning is that we eat food

that is 2 or 3 days old in the

refrigerator.

Regarding the bacteria

called E.coli, he said that it is a

common bacteria, which slows

down in cold temperatures but does

not die. E.coli bacteria is found in

contaminated meat and is also

commonly found in our intestines.

When meat is cooked above 140 degrees,

most of the bacteria are killed, but

the meat's nutritional value is

reduced, Arij Haroun said.

Keep in mind, in this regard, an

American study has reported that

60 percent of women suffer from

this infection in their lifetime, in

which the fridge also plays an

important role.
