some people have this behavior so much that they resort to aggression even at the slightest thing, however, a common nutrient can reduce this behavior by 28%.
Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania
reviewed 29 randomized controlled trials involving a total of 3,918 participants on the effects of omega-3 on aggression.
The experiments included in this study
were conducted between 1996 and 2024, and lasted an average of 16 weeks.
Among them were Syrians of different ages, from children to 50 to 60-year-olds.
This new study revealed
that in all individuals with high levels of aggressive behavior, taking a certain amount of omega-3 for a certain period of time could reduce this behavior by 28%.
Try omega-3 to stay calm,
say researchers. These fatty acids, which are available in fish oil capsules and are thought to support mental and physical health, may also reduce aggression, according to recent research.
